It should be possible to access these in Pombase. ASo we will probably provide links to "reviews" for example, later by topic.
I guess the first step toward this is loading the info into chado "publications" (but these publications will not be attached to genes).
Once this is done we will aet Mark know they are in Chado, to start off we can just make a link to a list of methods papers, review papers etc.
it won't be very useful immediately , but we can begin to add topics. It isn't urgent at all.....
it might be better for us to add topic first (hence priority 1, lowest)
Don't worry about this one for now

Briefly, we want PomBase to offer a web page for each pombe paper, kind of analogous to a gene page. A "paper page" should show the same sort of basic information -- title, authors, citation details, abstract, etc. -- as a typical PubMed page, plus some pombase-specific goodies such as links to annotations made from the paper. We'll flesh out those details more with Mark on Jira and in person, but obviously chado will have to hold at least some of the data that will show up on the pages.
The rest of Val's comments basically comes down to suggestions about which papers to load up first, I think.

Thanks both for your explanations. I'm having a Skype chat with Mark on Thursday. We'll have a chat about it then. I realise this is a low priority, but it would be good to good the ball rolling.

Could you expand on this? Where should the full literature collection be visible?
