This annotation:

is not visible in PomBase. could you check that iti s in chado.
It might be the empty with statement (which I can delete), but things with "with=;" should appear in the logs for fixing.

    It's in the v51 GAF and visible in the Canto session for the paper, so I bet it's in chado.

    This isn't super urgent as we con find them via the GOA error report, AND I'll ask GO to include them

    But, at some point it would be good to catch these earlier

    i) Empty with field with=;
    ii) Absent "with" field for ISS
    iii) Incorrect SGD ID in with field (I think we stoer these in chado so, anything which does not match SGD:stored_id
