#309 Filtering redundant annotations is very slow

The "filtering redundant annotations" step of the Chado load (for filtering GO annotation) is very slow - it takes more than 2 hours.

Do you mean that Mark will need to do additional filtering on the Ensembl side? It depends on what he needs to do. The Ensembl schema is quite different to the Chado one.

Mark will need to do some filtering, but the "filtered" annotations will still need to be avaiable for display in the 'full' view.

I though it might be an oppoptunity to share some code, but maybe not
