#277 logs: report incorrectly formated mutated multiple amino acid description

I noticed on this page that the allele was reported
D118A adn C198S instead of D118A,C198S

can you report allle descrptions which are not in the format documented in the Canto instructions in the logs

(probalby quick but not urgent I fixed this one and there may not be any others)

    I think this page was cdc42, but I can't see it on the page now so maybe it was fixed by us?
    Kim will check whether "and" is disallowed from the allele descriptions (except for 'other' where the free text is probably allowed)

    Basically
    only allow
    K132A for single amino acid (i.e. AA symbol , number, AA symbol
    K132A,K144A for multiple amino acid mutation etc
    (matching the syntax which canto prompts for)

    nonsense mutation
    [aa#]->stop
     [aa#]->amber
    [aa#]->opal
     [aa#]->ochre
    (not all examples are displayed here)
