Using the slimmer tool
These 2 identifiers were found to be unannotated: SPCC736.09c SPAC30.03c
(for a porcess slim)
This is because they only have "NOT" annotations, which I am guessing the slimmer correctly ignores.
So that this doesn't happen, if an aspect has only NOT annotations, it should be assume we don't know and create an ND annotation.
I think these are generally assumed to be involved in some yet to be identified aspect of DNA metabolism so we might be able to make an ISS to this term.......
Curators will look into this on Monday
actually this isn't the problem.
There are existing annotations for "DNA metabolic process" (they were NAS but I just changed to TAS as there is a supporting ref)
There are obviously getting filtered because they are not experimnetal codes, so we filter them if there is a more specific annotations. We need an additional rule, that annotations should not be filtered against NOTs. The easiest way to do this might be to keep the NOTS entirely separate.
(This also seems familiar so it could be the subject of another tracker item)
lowering priority as not required for CC launh and only affects a couple of annotations
