#4 scons Qt4 location (TO BE IMPROVED)

Gentoo related:
Qt4 is installed in a location different from /usr/share:
includes are in /usr/include
libs are in /usr/lib
(surprised?)

I just changed them cause I don't know python or scons, but a proper fix would be looking in multiple paths
