#3 fix latex itemize environment

This patch fixes the usage of \item in an itemize
environment. The unpatched version of rman puts the
text for the item inside square brackets (as argument
to \item), but this break layouts in latex when the
text is long. If the \item LaTeX command is used
without square brackets it will only print a bullet and
format the following (long) text correct.
