#155 Range test failure should include a message

clipper.cpp Line 1086 says: throw; //range test fails

Just a little higher, on Line 1057, we have throw clipperException("AddPath: Open paths have been disabled.");

It would be nice if Line 1086 would throw something intelligible back to the user so they can figure out what went wrong.
