#13 collapse all elements of a given type

With a large xml file it would be very usefull to be
able to (un)collapse all elements of a given type, or
elements a given level from the root element to provide
an efficient way of navigating the document.

An option to recursively collapse all the children of
the above (like current collapse all) would also be
usefull.
