#16 horizontal scrolling

Situation:
Like to view an xml document that contains heavily
nested elements
Problem:
The information is not shown because the window is not
wide enough
Expectation:
A horizontal scroll bar should apear at the bottom of the
main window in order to be able to see whats behind the
right window border.
Workaround:
Do not produce such documents or do not look at such
xml documents with pollo
