#14 refresh file

situation:
looking at some xml file that was produced by some
other task (e.g. as output of a pipeline)
problem:
I do not see the latest version
What I like to see:
pollo recognizes the apperance of a new version
automatically and do ask me wether I would keep the old
file or look at the new one.
Workaround:
When I know the file is new I close the old one and
open the new version
