#13 save button (ctrl-s)

situation:
Editing some text in the text window
problem:
pressing ctrl-s does not save the xml file that I've
just edited
I like to see:
the xml file gets saved wether the text window or the
main window is active
workaround:
after editing text click into the main window and press
ctrl-s
