We have modified polliwog to output relative paths
instead of absolute.

Changes are marked with a "** AUB PORTAL **" tag.

Hi Morten,

Many thanks for this contribution, completely missed this
(and sourceforge didn't notify me about it!). I'll look
into it and see if I can roll it back into the main release.
I tried to "nicely" use relative paths a couple of versions
back but found that trying to have it work for both online
and local was very difficult.

Hopefully your solution will solved that.
