#12 tag names

If I understand correctly, the list of the tag names can be now provided only by an external documentation. The poliqarp client should be able to obtain the list and to present it to the user.

An example where the tag names are not obvious is a corpus which provides font information about tokens, which in general can be represented in several ways.
An experimental corpus of this type is temporarily available at http://poliqarp.kanji.klf.uw.edu.pl/en/linde-fs/.
