#83 Remote Pause

At first I thought the hosting computer paused a download
as soon as the download started (that fast!). I didn't notice
anything suspicious until I looked at the log.

All remotely paused downloads have special characters, eg.
Ranma 1/2.pdf (1/2 is one character) or SharpeíS Eagle.txt
(í is displayed as a white space). Seeing that some files use
these characters, is it possible to get this fixed?
