Working with a_screen

The module a_screen is used to draw and visualise 3D data. It can be used locally typing commands from a Tcl shell or it can be operated remotely as a server accessible on a given port (screen.tcl).

Commands are used to draw elements [points, lines, polylines, triangle meshes (with some limitations)], navigate the data, manage layers (create, erase, change colour, thickness. . . ), export and import data (dxf, images).

A a_screen is normally used when measurements are taken with the total station to provide a direct feed-back.
