Everything of an easy configuration resides in the CMS in e13/etc/ folder.
This project was made with the help of the software Netbeans IDE and the PHP 5 plugin code editor.

CakePHP cartridge

As of Openshift 3 Starter edition, the new containers replace old cartridges that boots images online.
Project php-cms is undergoing a translation to the MVC pattern as designed by the CakePHP framework. Upcoming updates may be cloned from Github's by selecting the master branch.
