#1 "-old" won't make a file small enough.

-old option turns the file to 16.2 MB large.
I have the old cartrigde, but I haven't got a 128Mbit
cartrige.
I just have a 64Mbit Turbo from Visoly. So I want to be
able to
run Pogoshell too, that means the max_file_size is 8
MB for
me.

However I can flash without the -old option, & I can see
the
files, but when I try running ANY of the files, like .gba or
.nes
or .nsf, the GBA hangs.
When I start my GBA again, I'm in the same folder but I
can
move again, it just locks when I run any of the files.
Though .txt & .bmp files work fine to view, also changing
fonts.

So I want the -old option to support my small 64mbit
cartridge.
Right now, the -old option just makes the total rom size
16.2
mb large. =/

I'm experiencing the same problem with my Visoly's flash
    advance Xtreme 128mb cartridge.
The only difference is that I can play nes games, but I
don't view bmp images (I view only jpgs).
When I load a gba game, the shell freezes... If I try the
    reboot loading,
my gba reboot, but the game doesn't start.
But my card is not the old "turbo" version, the Xtreme cart
    is the newest vesion! =(
Many people own this version, please support us!
PogoShell is great, I want use it too!!!

Like I say in the README - there is nothing to do about this.
roms (and plugins which are just roms that take arguments)
must be aligned to special locations inside the cart. On a
64MBit cart there are only 4 possible position, once of which
are already occupied by PogoShell itself - and if you use
versions after 1.0 even the 2nd location will be occupied since
PogoShell is then larger than 32KByte.

Files that are handled internally by PogoShell will still work
(textfiles and MB files). Also, the first plugin or ROM will also
work since it is placed directly after PogoShell in the cart and
will also be aligned even without the "-old" option, that's why
the bmp-plugin works in one case and nes-plugin in the other
    case.

16.2 MB is even too large for a 128 MB card...

Try removing unused stuff, like unused plugins, txt files,
    exemples...
