#6 Scroll Indicators don't seem to work

The scroll indicators in the new 1.2 version of Pogoshell
seem to make it not only glitch but lag what little works
of the interface. It displays a black bar at the bottom of
the screen when I turn on scroll idicators, then go to a
screen requiring scrolling.
