#3 Jump from ObjectBrowser to CodeEditorTool

Edit methods (Local, All) from ObjectBrowser, by clicking a button near method:

1. (Easy and fast way) jump to CodeEditorTool and position the source on the method.
2. (Hard and smart) open separate method editor (like slot editor) to edit only the method body (like in Smalltalk browsers, XOTclIDE). Some issues rises with saving method to a disk, though.
