PoeMUD reborn

After lying dormant for two years, it has been ressurrected, has gained some new developers and is at a stage of a working MUSH. The website will be updated accordingly soon. For the moment details can be found at http://blackcarr.org/poemud/ and the development MUD at telnet://blackcarr.org:4000.

Welcome new developers!

Welcome to developers Alex Dudas and Paul Hodges! I'm really excited about having you both onboard now. Perhaps with a bit of organization we can identify some specific tasks and really start digging in. Onward!

Moved the website!

The main PoeMud website has moved to SourceForge now with minor changes. The site needs a bit of an upgrade and newer documentation to bring it up to date, but most of it has been moved now. Next month I'll probably close out the e-groups and tripod accounts and keep everything consolidated here.

Cross-Platform compatible

As of our latest version update on the PoeMud Driver, the driver is now cross-platform compatible and has been tested on both a Windows NT machine and HP-UX. As further development occurs we will try to maintain that compatibility.

CVS repository committed

I finally got the CVS repository working. It certainly isn't streamlined or anything, but the files are there and I'll be using the repository for all updates from here on out. Any interested developers can contact me to find out how to use the repository. Thanks.
