I am getting "<DLL> was not able to be loaded" error when running poderosa.exe after unzipping it to a folder. Can refer to the DLL name in attached picture. Some of them are Granados.dll, Poderosa.Core.dll and Poderosa.Macro.dll.
The most common cause would be that the DLL files are marked as "downloaded file."
Try unblock the ZIP file with "Unblock" button in the properties dialog before unzip it.
