#29 Scroll bar does not show up

I'm using poderosa to telnet to Lynx OS. Sometimes the scroll bar doesn't show up even the content has grown out of the screen. However, it will be there if I call vi/emacs and quit.

It seems that: at the very beginning, create scroll bar failed. Then, after vi/Emacs, poderosa will try to create scroll bar again. And this time it succeed.
