#22 Identify parameters that have to be displayed together

Identify parameters that have to be displayed together. Displaying one parameter alone is not usable/risky/etc.

Hint for technical solution: Introduce extension at Channel forcing this collective display. Tag this extension with "must understand". Thus, consumer is forced to do it correctly.

The following oinformations are nessesary at the same time:
* Output mode for Cut & Coag
* Output power level for Cut & Coag
* Effect of the mode for Cut & Coag
* Assingment of Footswitch

@kloeckner Did I got it right that all parameters the six output control settings and the footswitch assignment are all meant to be displayed together for one VIRTUAL TERMINAL?

What about impedance sensing activation (including delay?), handhold button activation (if information is available), and non-continuous activation?

Challenge: The parameters hat shall be displayed together can be dependent on the value of some of the parameters themselves, e.g., output control setting HF surgical mode can influence whether effect is available or not and if not available, the display together requirement is obsolete.

Additionally:

• Footswitch etc. -> generalize to activation and deactivation
• Think about argon and smoke evacuation
