#10 Separation of structure and content in output documents

Currently we have normative content in the headlines of our output format, e.g., the cardinality is part of the sub-headings.
The SDC experts figured out that this should be avoided, due to readability as well as due to the restrictions of the IEEE.
Thus, we need another solution. Tables are generally normative in IEEE standards, and thus would be a suitable vehicle. Maybe other solutions are possible and smarter/prettier.
