[Pocolap-developers] Changes in CVS

I just commit some pretty major changes to the code in
CVS.  The entire parsing process has been replaced. 
You will need jdom.jar in order to build the project
now. 

If you have any questions, or encounter any problems,
please let me know as soon as possible.
