#1 single track repeat scrobbleing

if you have one single track on repeat mode it only gets scrobbled once.
after the first one it wont scrobble it again until you change to a
different track or restart the pocket scrobbler.

at least for the HTC player this could be fixed by implementing the data
access using SNAPI instead of inheriting CRegistryBasedPlugin; anyway, the
bug would still occur on WM2003 with MortPlayer/TCPMP then

fix postponed until v1.7
