I download the svn.arm.cab file and tried to reinstall the software. However, I am having trouble running the cab file because my device gave me a not a valid ce program msg. Can you provide the binary file in zip file?

I too tried this release and got a "Not a valid CE" message. The CAB is perhaps malformed or corrupt. Help please
Use MSCEInf on windows PC. The programu decompress CAB file.
