[PocketGames-users] LightsOff Library 0.1-alpha released

This library contains the data types of the LightsOff game, a parser,
and a controller definition so that creating new games consists of
implementing new views.

This version implements the Model, the Controller, and a 5x5 boards
parser. The controller loads two puzzles in the game, an external boards
loading method will be added in the future.
