horizontal mode hides textbox
similar to previous bug: on screen keyboard hides textbox - (ID: 1728054)

in horizontal mode when creating new node -- either child or sibling -- the onscreen keyboard comes up, overlaps the text box and stays that way. minimizing does not release the overlap.
