#1 extension.inc file

PNphpBB2 1.2h (currently at RC3) has made a change
so that the extension.inc file is no longer needed.
However, the /admin/index.php file that this download of
ImageGallery_v9 replaces still requires the
extension.inc file. Any chance of getting the code
updated to match up with PNphpBB2?
