Chinese characters in the body of a note are shown sideways, rotated 90 degrees anti-clockwise.
The note title is ok.

It looks OK on my computer althoug I don't have Chinese installed.

Anyway the problem may be with rich edit control, which depends on good will of Microsoft :)
