#72 Menu orders and menu elements

The principal objective in the work, it's send notes via network. It's possible what "send via network" it's first in menu "Notes" and in menu "Edit area"?. in the future, it's possible change menu orders and add menu elements of other menu.

Great!!!! In version 1.7 it's possible change menu orders. But i testing and not's it's possible "hide" menu elements... or i don't know ;)

I found what it's possible disabled. Not it's possible hide. Good. Thanks
