#40 Change in control panel layout

In my opninion the actual layout of the Control Panel doesn't uses the space optimally. The notes preview zone is a waste of space and, moreover, due to the lack of wordwrap, it creates too long lines wich difficult the reading. I think that a vertical division in three zones ( | | | ) could utilize the space better. The option to re-arrange the layout could be a good option too.
