#32 "Not Responding "error on the control pantel during some setting and application doen't work...?

HI.. I am doing testing this application in WIN7 64 bitand i got one "Not responding " error on control panel dialog box every time when i do some setting and application doesn't work..

Step :

1. Right click on the Pnotes Icon.
2. Choose "Preferences" menu item from the Pop-up menu.
3. when "Preferences" dialog appears, choose "Skins" page.
4. Select Classic Yellow skin.
5. click ok.
6. Select "control panel".
7. create a new note and save.
8. Right click on the Note name in "control panel" dialog box and choose "Preferences"
9. Click on Docking page.
   10 . enable all the check boxes and click ok.
   11 . Right click on the created note under the control panel dialog box and start docking with left
10. repeat step no 11. 7-8 times with different options( RIGHT, LEFT , TOP ,Bottom)
