#28 Synchronize notes on program start is forcing the notes visible

When you're using the "Synchronize notes on program start" to sync to notes to a ftp server. All the notes get forced shown after the sync.

If you double clicking to activate showing/hiding, the notes flashes the notes like the system thinks the notes are hidden and it's trying to show them. It requires one more double click to actually hide them.

If I disable the "Synchronize notes on program start" option, hide all the notes, and shutdown the program then start it again; it starts with all the notes hidden like it should be.
