Great piece of software! But one thing would make it REALLY stand out.

The linking.

The way one links to nodes is just horrible. The need of those file:///-stuff. If links could be used like in TreePad Plus it would be great.

Also links should update when renaming, moving and such.

Thats my little piece of oppinion
