[pnlanguages-general] French (bilingualism) request

I am looking for someone to let me know how to get PostNuke 0.726-3
multilingual (French & English specifically) using a zip file language
pack that I found on the net ( I think, at
http://news.postnuke.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=article&sid=2477
). I don't know how it works and have not yet found a clue for me. After
my experience of building a useful bilingual site I may publish my
generic build instructions on-line. I've got a working PostNuke, via
localhost direct access. Thanks in advance.
