Framework for the Code

The framework for the code has just been uploaded. execution of various commands will be implemented as a function in compass class. Intend to complete by next month to make it available to TCM5 compass users.
If anybody is interested in helping out, he/she is most welcome. even if somebody can test this code onto his/her compass, then also it would be a great help.
