New Code has been uploaded.
I have added some basic functions which for creating payloads and frame for sending commands over to the Compass.

Moreover The KPOWERUP command remains to be implemented. After which testing will be possible.

The framework for the code has just been uploaded. execution of various commands will be implemented as a function in compass class. Intend to complete by next month to make it available to TCM5 compass users.
If anybody is interested in helping out, he/she is most welcome. even if somebody can test this code onto his/her compass, then also it would be a great help.
