Extract the colour table from a paletted (indexed) png image and write it to stdout in decimal or hexadecimal text.

Features

Write output as decimal text in the manner of PNM or JASC-PAL files.
Write output using web style hex strings, for example: #ffaa55
Adapt RGB palettes to RGBA.
