Whenever I try to run the app I get the error message that "libpng13.dll is missing". I find no info on further requried installation of this dll or how to do it in neither the ReadMe nor on the website.
I'm running pngnq 0.5 from C:\WINDOWS\System32 on Win XP SP3.
