Looking at LICENSE and png.h in libpng-1.0.4 and 1.0.7, it seems that the
anti-UCITA clause was added on July 1, 2000 while the OSI certification
happened between September 19 and October 1 of 1999, and added to png.h
on October 1, 1999. So my memory was indeed faulty and the OSI certification
preceded the anti-UCITA clause.
