Apparently you don't have STDIO support.

Try changing

    #defined PNG_STDIO_SUPPORTED
to
    #undef PNG_STDIO_SUPPORTED

 in pnglibconf.h

Hi,

I am trying to build libpng (libpng version 1.6.10) for an embedded processor (ARM) using Visual Studio 2008.

The error that I get relates to errno:-

1>..\pngread.c(1461) : warning C4996: 'fopen': This function or variable may be unsafe. Consider using fopen_s instead. To disable deprecation, use _CRT_SECURE_NO_WARNINGS. See online help for details.

1>..\pngread.c(1477) : warning C4013: 'strerror' undefined; assuming extern returning int
1>..\pngread.c(1477) : error C2065: 'errno' : undeclared identifier
1>..\pngread.c(1477) : warning C4047: 'function' : 'png_const_charp' differs in levels of indirection from 'int'

I am sure this is an easy question for someone in the know. I have searched but cannot find a solution.

I created my own solution and added the *.c and *.h files to the project. I used the default pnglibconf.h in my project (pnglibconf.h.prebuilt).
