#42 clean up forum

It would be a cool feature if you could set a maximum
thread age per forum - I don't personally need it, but
I know forums where they don't delete unwanted threads
but move them to a special forum and delete it after 14
days. This way the authors would have time to argue,
why this thread was valid.
