Our target news server can contain messages both in koi8-u and utf-8 formats.

This message is in utf-8:

and no cyrillic symbols are displayed correctly.

Can anyone suggest a way to make PNews understand an encoding in the message header.

P.S. One another feauture is to hide any email-address found in page (even in "Show header" section).
