This is the latest version, lots of bugs have been fixed, and the API has been improved to support more functionality in an intuitive way. Have fun with it!

Newest version of LIBPNET6

The latest version is 0.0.9. There's now support for the following platforms: Linux, BSD, Windows (both Microsoft and CygWin), MacOSX, SunOS 5.8, AIX, HPUX, Tru64. The full libpnet6 functionality is not necessarily avaiable on all platforms, but the basics are.

We've almost reached the beta stage. As soon as the complete functionality is available on all supported platforms, we will migrate to beta status.

latest libpnet6 - 0.0.8a

We've been steadily progressing. The latest version has been tested on (Free|Open|Net)BSD/MAC OS/Solaris/Windows/Linux, and it has been known to compile on AIX. Also, we've added RPMs, both binary releases, as well as source code releases.

Have fun with it.

pnet6 version 0.0.6 released

Quite a few changes, eliminated lots of bugs, interface access has been improved, and, we now run on OpenBSD 3.5 as well. Download, and try to use it, then send us feedback. We mean to make this as good as possible.

pnet6 version 0.0.5 released

The interface access portion has been completely revamped. Packet capture has been improved (no filtering yet, pr'bly in the next one/two releases). Need to implement "fork"ing on Windoz, this is still in the works.

Still, lots of things actually do work.

PNET6-0.0.4 released

This one is actually useful. There's quite a few examples detailing most of what PNET6 has to offer. It has been tested on Solaris, Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows. Almost all of the promised functionality is present.

PNET6 version 0.0.2 released

This is the second preliminary version. Although a lot of stuff works, it might all have to change as the design issues progress. Nevertheless, even though there's no docs yet, it's getting fairly complete. Have fun.
