#6 Store TS passwords for each pn user

Somehow allow pn users to specify their own TS
password and use that when the "logon to TS" url is
created.

NOTES: If nothing else, I should be able to do this with
a cookie and some javascript. The right way to do this
would be to use the module<->database functions built
into postnuke.
