#26 Links: Order links by weight

I'd like to request a Premiere Listings feature for
WebLinks, such as used on this page:

Good idea.
Or something along the lines of a priority sort field to
have selected entrys display before the other links (like a
paid seach listing (goto.com)).
Or add a random (from a selcetd few) highligh link box to
be displayed above the links in a category.
