#14 Banner: Add SSI includes

I would like the option to be able to rotate SSI like
code for banners as well as the current system. Some
ad agencies, banner exchanges and affiliate programmes
require that you include their banner code unmodified.

I run a small site and do not have individual banners,
I am affiliated with a company, and they give me an
html code for my banners.

I hope on the next release of pnuke that you let
admins add html code instead of inserting single
banners at a time....

Also, it would be nice to have the largest AddServer like
Doubleclick, AdTech and so on supported. This would mean
some tables containig all the informations like
bannercode,bannersize. So the admin would only have to
choose the AdServer, the Bannersize and the
BannerIdentifier to have it displayed.
I personally use a small system like this for AdTech, but
the system may be expanded for use with several AddServers.
